A Symphony of salmon
A trio of fine salmon in a dome shape, served on a bed of leaves
Goats cheese, spinach & red onion tartlet,
Served on a bed of mustard & cress with cucumber & homemade chutney
Duck a L orange
A delicious duck pate with oranges & fresh herbs, finished with an orange glaze
Cheese board combo
3 individual cheeses consisting of smoked cheddar, camembert & mature blue,
Coated in bread crumbs & served with a red currant sauce
Homemade winter warmer vegetable soup

Served in a lime, butter & basil sauce

Served with bacon roll, sausage, stuffing & cranberry sauce

Served in a black cherry & Kirsch sauce
